Primary Objective of Job Role:

Establishing and maintaining a strong relationship with business banner in the country,

representing the full scope of IT.

Responsibilities

▪ Prepare projects plan, status, management summaries and monitor and track the progress

accordingly to the plan

▪ Manage risk / issue during the project phase and do the escalation whenever required

▪ Develop detailed Solution / Application / Systems architecture documents as part of the

projects

▪ Incorporate and adhere to company SOP and technical standards (e.g naming

conventions, development phases etc)

▪ Establishing and maintaining effective engagement with various stakeholders in Business

& IT.

▪ Providing oversight in aspects of systems requirements specifications, configuration,

installation and handing over to Support & Maintenance for Projects

▪ Plan, Schedule and execute - Training and induction for IT functions

▪ Ensuring the project is delivering on time, on scope and within the budget

Requirement

- Minimum 3 years working experiences with experience of delivering minimum 3 projects

as IT Project Management Officer

- Having deep understanding of PMBOK (Project Management Book of Knowledge) and

SDLC methodology

- Knowledgeable in IT Governance domain, retail and ERP environment knowledge

- Business results oriented with a demonstrable track record of delivering projects on time

and on budget

- Having a strong leadership, good presentation and communication skills and analytical

thinking to solve the problem

- Preferably have Project Management certification.
