 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Assist L&D Section in conducting TNA with other concern departments and keep track accurate records
  2. Take lead of running Buddy Program at Stores, Store Support Center (SSC) and Distribution Center (DC) from selecting Buddy and all the way through to Buddy/New Team Member evaluation
  3. Coordinate with departments to ensure any practices in Buddy Program are aligned
  4. Assist buddies in understanding Buddy Program process, procedure and use of materials
  5. Coordinate and maintain up-to-date record Buddy-New Team Member activities, before, during & after
  6. Work with store managers to conduct buddy evaluation
  7. Take lead in running Buddy Reward and Recognition process
  8. Take lead in implementation of 5S across SSC and report
  9. Assist in the creation of local training materials for Lucky Academy
  10. Assist in running Manager-In-Development program
  11. Prepare pre- and post MID program materials and report
  12. Assist creating certification system in Lucky Academy
  13. Conduct basic Lucky Academy training topics
  14. Assist in designing and developing Lucky Academy competency framework
  15. Support Lucky Academy documents translation
  16. Report to L&D Head
  17. Other job tasks assigned by superior
