Primary Objective of Job Role:

Responsible for the provisioning, administration, management, support and maintenance of DFI

Lucky’s desktops, laptops, printers, company mobile phones, video conferencing, warehouse

devices and all services relating to it.

Responsibilities

▪ Act as Service Owner who is accountable for overall management of service/s

▪ Organize the production of work in accordance to objectives set and the services

defined in the Service Catalogue

▪ Ensure quality of work in the services, in coordination with Service Managers, by

regularly conducting service audits

▪ Ensure compliance of work to company policies and regulations; identify and

mitigate risks associated with a service

▪ Reviews services periodically to identify actionable opportunities for service

improvement

▪ Manage service escalations

▪ Manage and drive high performance, objectives achievement and service quality

through well-defined service metrics

▪ Support the team's acquisition of relevant skills, knowledge, qualifications and

competencies through training and certifications

▪ Manage resource utilization by periodically evaluating staffing requirements and

communicating any deficit to CoE Head

▪ Manage work relationships by encouraging constructive feedback, addressing

conflicts and engaging team members

▪ Participate in employee retention efforts

▪ Assist in recruitment by interviewing potential hires

▪ Initiate projects that are aligned strategically with team and company objectives

with approval of CoE Head

▪ Collaborate on projects initiated outside of the team by providing general

assistance and consultation with approval of CoE Head

▪ Administer the annual Performance Appraisal

▪ Administer the Training Development Plan

Requirement

- Bachelor’s degree of Computer Science

- 3 years’ experience in configuration, installation, and troubleshooting of computer

hardware and software.

- Knowledge of spectrum of equipment and technologies in use (oldest to newest)

- Ability to: work independently and make necessary decisions throughout the equipment

and technologies within department guidelines; perform multiple tasks concurrently and

respond to emergency situations effectively; communicate technical and complex

information both orally and in writing

- English (Speaking, Listening and Writing)
