JOB DESCRIPTION

1.       Manage warehouse operation

2.       Follow up and review Inventory issue: shrinkage, mark out, negative stock, return pending, stock in DC aging over 6months

3.       Control Inbound (Receiving).

4.       Control Outbound (Shipping).

5.       Training new staff. 

6.       Planning for stock take.

7.       Implement Food safety and Health & Safety policies

8.       Manage reach truck operator and equipment in warehouse.

9.       Report operation in warehouse to management.

10.   Solve product on the floor

11.   Before go home, walk around work place, prepare equipment and ensure “Clean as You Go”

 

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

1.       Completed bachelor’s degree

2.       Has experience as a warehouse staff from 2 to 3 years. Understanding in Inbound, Outbound stock control and how to organize process in dry and cold warehouse.

3.       Writing and speaking Khmer language well. Writing, speaking and listening English fair. Can use computer Microsoft office. Understand all operation working process and some of warehouse computer system options. Good health.

4.       If can read other language are better.
